  3. for your information……….krishna mutt is not a krishna temple in udupi. temples pooja done by brahmins…but udupi mutt pooja done by sanyasi’s. please dont give wrong information to general public.

  9. Purchased two weeks ago and all I can say is wow! the picture quality is super. it is almost too bright. I have adjusted the brightness and toned it down a trifle. colors are great also.

  21. Please make a list of kula devathas for the different ilayas and gotras. For Mudithaya, Chitpady (Chitpaadi) Shrinvasa Devaru is the kula devatha. This temple also has a Sri Madhvacharya Kararchita vigraha. For Angirasa Gotra, Alevoor Vishnumurthy Temple is a kula devatha. Please make a full list accordingly. Bannanje has a kua devatha for Bharadwaja gotra and Inna Mahalingeshwara is for Bhargava Gotra.

    It regarding comment from Mr. Arjun on kuladevatha. I always thought that for bhargava gothra, it is Mundkur Sri Durgaparameshwari . He has mentioned that it is “Inna Mahalingeshwara”

    Please reconfirm.

  23. The kula devaru for Bhargava gothra is Inna Mahalingeshwara and / with Mundukur Durga Parameshwari. ( SHIVA AND PARVATHI).

  44. Shankarnarayana temple at Shankarnarayana (near kundapura)has pada of lord shiva and lord vishnu (narayana) the footprints created by lords when they jumped from tree nearby on to big rock opp the temple as they killed a demon.
