Thank You for this very informational website on Madhva sampraday.

I have a question:  If Vayu is 2nd in position as Ruju and jiva, and Hanuman who is Vayu is an aMsha of Shiva, how is it that Rudra (Shiva) comes later than Vayu in the hierarchy of devas ?  Or is Shiva different from Rudra then ? If so , where is Shiva in the hierarchy ?
