My Late father is Sri. Mulki Kolachikambla Dhanapathi who is the son of Sri MK Basappa. I understand that Sri Basappa’s father’s name is Sri. Basava Markala. My father moved out of Mulki to serve at the Reserve Bank of India, initially at Madras and later retired at Bangalore. He passed away in 1974. I understand that lands at Mulki Kolachikambla were granted to my ancestors by a Jain king. Out of personal interest, I really would like to know a little more history about my ancestry. can someone please share more information? Thanks and regards.
